Structure schematic diagram of vane air motor
Release time:2022-11-15 11:31:56 | Views:

Schematic diagram of vane air motor structure. It is mainly composed of stator, rotor, blade and shell. On the stator there are air distribution slot holes for intake and exhaust. Long grooves are milled on the rotor. The groove is equipped with blades. Both ends of the stator are covered with sealing caps. The rotor is mounted eccentrily with the stator. In this way, the blades sliding radially and the housing cavity form the air motor working chamber.

Air motors work on a similar principle to hydraulic motors. Compressed air enters from Conveyor A. Acts on the blades on both sides of the studio. Due to the eccentric installation of the rotor, the torque difference generated by the air pressure acting on the blades on both sides causes the rotor to rotate in a counterclockwise direction. When the eccentric rotor rotates, the chamber volume changes, creating a pressure difference on the blades of the adjacent chamber, which is used to push the rotor to rotate. The gas after work is discharged from the output port. If you change the direction of compressed air input, you can change the steering of the rotor.
